The TeamPeople Analytics & Reporting (PAR) collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams (e.g., Reporting Solutions, data science, surveys, client solutions, data governance and platforms,) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.The Reporting Solutions TeamOwns and distributes transformed and aggregated complex data and reporting (i.e., collating across multiple systems / data hubs, transforming beyond basic Excel functions, including Vlookup and Pivots); In addition, the team develops reports and report automation solutions to manage the volume, timeliness, accuracy, and dispersal of reports to talent/business stakeholders directly and other People Analytics teams for further insights (e.g., visualizations, data science).We're looking for a US based lead to ensure operational efficiencies and deliverables meet the highest level of quality. The role closely collaborates with other PAR teams (e.g., Data Platforms and Client Solutions) to coordinate reporting deliverables dependent on new data technologies (e.g., Avature, One Model, ProFinda and HXM) and to structure a cross-border team environment for members to thrive and develop.Work You'll Do
Act as a project manager for reporting projects specific to Reporting Solutions scope and workstreams across multiple technologies
Coordinate closely with Reporting Solutions team leader to co-lead operations efficacy, efficiency, and ensure alignment with Reporting Solutions strategic priorities
Be a trusted representative of Reporting Solutions with a point-of-view on the team's project scope and priorities to other internal teams
Be a generalist for all reporting activities within Reporting Solutions
Regularly coordinate with cross-border team in India to understand requirements and manage requests to deliver various services in a coordinated and timely fashion, and act as a liaison between the cross-border team and internal clients
Develop and Deliver Adhoc reporting during US hours
Build a strong relationship with the cross-border team and other PAR teams
Act as a liaison between the cross-border team and the internal clients
Ensure that various PAR services are delivered in a coordinated and timely fashion, manage delivery of various PAR services with a focus on Reporting Solutions scope
Check quality of products reporting technologists produce to ensure insights are relevant and meet business needs
Produce unscheduled, high urgency, high importance reports as needed (especially when the India team is out of office due to work schedules)
Review team deliverables to ensure high quality, relevant insights, and product meets business needs
Act as a quality lead for Reporting Solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience; 3 years in project management, reporting, as well as data visualization
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams),
Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
