Responsibilities include processing the compilation, maintenance and analysis of compliance-related data and records. The Legal Compliance Analyst will maintain effective tracking and ongoing monitoring of compliance of organizational processes and functions for TQL, its affiliates and subsidiariesWhat's in it for you:

What you'll be doing:
Research laws and regulations pertinent to TQL and its affiliates and subsidiaries
Prepares and maintains manuals, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with various laws and regulations
Oversees implementation and monitoring of compliance manuals, policies, and procedures
Identifies gaps in documentation, or potential areas of non-compliance, and suggests resolutions
Keeps other TQL departments and subsidiaries and affiliates abreast of relevant legal and regulatory requirements and coordinates compliance activities among the various departments, subsidiaries and/or affiliates
Prepares relevant reports relating to legal compliance activities by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed
Audits and analyzes systems and processes to ensure compliance with external and internal standards
What you need:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit or working knowledge of laws and/or regulations
Exceptional analytical, verbal, organizational and written communication skills
Acute attention to detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Proficient in the use of the internet for legal research
