Location: Cincinnati, OH (45217) - Remote for now, onsite only if pandemic lifts

Contract Length: 3 Month Contract with opportunity for extension
Hours: 8AM-5PM (30-40 hours per week with flexibility on days)


Description: The MSM Operations Leader is the Single Point Accountable for material issues related to his/her Site(s)/Supply Chains and the interface point for the Manufacturing Site Material SPOC.



Responsibilities:


  • Owns supply assurance, supplier capability, and material savings for the Supply Chain(s)/Site(s).

  • Owns the material execution plan in support of Initiatives and TDC projects at the Site(s).

  • Provides leadership for optimization projects, material changes, supplier capability, defect reduction or other projects in support of their Category MSM direction.

  • Owns the Supply Base Assessment, overall SLEA, Supplier Scorecard action plans, and Supplier Capability to meet inventory glide path in support of the overall Category MSM's regional strategy.

  • Focuses on the optimization of their supply chain and the Supplier Capability Master plans.

  • Provides MSM direction and focus areas that link back to the CBN.

  • Lead development and execution of Supplier Capability Master Plan aligned with the Category Material Steering Team- Provide Site/supply chain input on Materials to Initiatives and Lead the Material launch and change process and establish initial supplier capabilities.

  • Input to Purchases as they develop Material BCP plans.

  • Lead the Material Supply Chain Optimization for the Site/supply chain

  • Ensure work is executed per the Global Standard work process.

  • Own SLEA process, Lead Material Results reviews for the Site. This includes Root Cause Analysis for outages and action planning for improvements needed.

  • Owner of the Operational Supplier Relationship

  • Owns the DMS process for GMP.

  • Owns Materials @ Risk Site/Supply Chain Level Material Results: CFR Impact to Materials Successful Material Launch & Change Supplier Capability to meet critical inventory within targets and materials inventory glidepath Total Cost of Material Purchased & Material Savings SLEA's Complete Supplier Scorecard Tracking Site/Supply Chain Specific Results (i.e. Reformulations due to materials).
