Apply for JobHours:8:30 AM - 12:30Pay:$22The Office Administrative Assistant is an onsite part-time role which performs a variety of administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations for the organization. Hours for this positions are 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST.Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail.

Prepare outgoing mail (including printing of labels and securing of parcels).

Maintain and order stock for all site kitchens, conference rooms, and breakrooms.

Ensure kitchen and office supplies are stored properly.

Scan invoices received in daily mail and share with Finance.

By request, coordinate, and reserve lunch for on-site meetings.

Ensure clients and visitors are greeted with a positive and helpful attitude and directed to appropriate visitor entrances.

Performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Prior administrative or clerical experience required.

Consistent, professional dress and manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Good time management skills.

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing task without guidance.
