Description:Seeking Patient Access Representatives for an Addiction Treatment Center.Patient Access Representatives are the first point of contact that current and prospective patients have while seeking services provided by the clinic centers. They are responsible for signing new patients up for services and assisting and arranging services for current patients stemming from medical care to mental health care as soon as possible based on their needs.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience learning new software and computer systems is going to essential for being successful during training.Experience working with an EMR system like Epic or Titanium is ideal. The company uses CareLogic.Experience using messaging services to get messages to teammates, doctors, and other clinicians for patient requests would be a plus.
