Payroll Specialist (2024-3071) job in RemoteLocation: RemoteRole Type: FinanceJob SummaryThe Payroll Specialist position is within Prolink’s Finance department and partners with internal stakeholders to administrate payroll activities across the external talent employee lifecycle.Responsibilities

Process weekly on cycle and on demand payrolls including collection, entry, and review of various time reports and supporting documentation

Work with internal partners to ensure accuracy and completion of payrolls assigned for all talent by leveraging internal BI report dashboards

Provide world class customer service to our employees and internal partners through our helpdesk by researching and answering payroll questions

Complete post payroll tasks, such as following up on missing or late timecard submissions

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Able to work virtually and potentially travel onsite to support client and business needs

1+ years of experience in a related field

Intermediate knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations regarding payroll

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Able to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment

Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks

High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values

Preferences

Associate degree in a related field

Workday and ADP Smart Compliance experience
