Your role will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating activities to support the company’s success.ResponsibilitiesManage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Oversee general office organization and ensure the executive’s workspace is well-prepared.Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
