PPMD Talent Technology Project Manager The US Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key operational Talent processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent. We're looking for a driven, experienced project manager to deliver on complex, high profile talent technology projects supporting our Partner, Principal and Managing Director (PPMD) population. The talent technology project manager will need to be agile in their strategy to support changing business needs and adapt to new, leading edge technology solutions. This individual will need to demonstrate excellent project management and critical problem-solving skills to successfully deploy Talent technology solutions and is equally adept at managing Talent stakeholders, technology counterparts and vendor relationships. Recruiting for this role ends on November 1st, 2024. Work you'll do As the Talent Technology Project Manager, you will:

Deliver strategic projects: Manage large, complex talent technology projects thru the full life cycle of implementation using agile methodology for design, testing and deployment. These projects will be focused on HR technology that supports our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors (PPMD) and will work closely with the PPMD Talent team that supports this executive group.

Drive excellence: Develop project plans in partnership with internal technology teams to set clear milestones and timelines to engage PPMD Talent teams on requirements, demos, and testing. Establish project management processes and tools to manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies. Facilitate stakeholder calls related to project status updates, enhancement request discussions and issue resolution.

Foster collaboration: Provide input into governance models to manage release plans and define program approval and change request processes.

Serve as a strategic advisor: Serve in an advisory role supporting PPMD Talent clients, responding to stakeholder inquiries, brainstorming solutions, and identifying downstream impacts. Lead technology assessment discussions including understanding pain points and requirements and collaborating with technology teams to outline and evaluate solutions.

Engage end users for quality assurance: Partner with internal technology teams on the testing approach. Plan and manage user acceptance testing including timing, tools, processes and resources.

Build Knowledge: Develop support documentation for end users, admins and the global contact center (GCC).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in technology implementation, project management and testing

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,600 - $179,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
