As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy based on customer needs and competitive landscape. You will be part of a team responsible for products throughout their life cycle. You will also work closely with IT groups to continuously improve our products and solutions.

The product team works with several different products and technologies that support the entire media process from planning and buying to content creation. As the Sr Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to drive our products forward, improve their effectiveness and identify efficiencies.

What You'll Do


  • Help define the product vision and strategy

  • Take part in product planning, delivery, launch and marketing throughout the product life cycle

  • Identify key benefits and value proposition of the product to drive new features

  • Coordinate and supports product launches with Sales, Marketing, Production, and other departments

  • Review and analyze data from within, marketplace, competition, etc. to better understand ecosystem and incorporate understanding in product roadmap

  • Works with UX and clients to understand simplification of features

  • Leading a big chunk of the effort.

  • Lead efforts against automation that leverages our data, integrating it into our creative work to create products that best service brands and retailers objectives

  • Leverage your knowledge of managed and self-service products to over some any usability, technology or fragmentation obstacles

  • Assist in the integration or improvement of multiple systems and platforms and identify opportunities that call for new implementation


What You'll Bring


  • 5+ Years of Experience (with 5 years direct product management or design experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, coach and lead a team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team.

  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen.

  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret with excellent attention to detail.
