Support client SAP S/4 system; analyze tickets entered for break/fixes and minor enhancements and work with users and/or development team members to resolve issues. Create detailed functional specification documents as needed.
Identify, analyze, and map clients' business requirements, processes, and objectives, providing functional expertise and guidance in SAP CRM or SRM.
Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Develop comprehensive testing scenarios to ensure all components work seamlessly.
Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP SRM (supplier relationship management) solutions to meet business needs.
Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient utilization of SAP modules.
Coordinating with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

6+ years' experience as SAP SRM (supplier relationship management) functional consultant
6+ years' experience in implementation and configuration of SAP SRM modules, including customization as per client needs.
6+ years in consulting or client facing roles
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
SAP Certification in CRM or SRM modules.
SAP module experience in MM or FI
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
