Description We are actively recruiting for a Report Processor to join a dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in overhauling, editing, and format configuration of audit and attest reports for a plethora of clients. This position involves cooperating with audit teams throughout the U.S. from a centralized base. The ideal prospect will display profound writing, proofing, and editing skills. They must be capable of promptly shifting from one task to another. Familiarity with MS Word applications, including shortcuts, formats, and copy-editing tools alongside intermediate Excel editing skills, is greatly desired.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customize audit reports to comply with regulatory and company norms. Compose various sections of the audit report. Scrutinize and proo audit reports. Engage in a comprehensive quality control process to affirm the accuracy of audit reports.Specific Tasks: Process Documents: Prepare audit reports, including formatting, data verification, and printing. Copy Editing: Proo audit reports for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency. Collaboration: Work in sync with audit teams to make customizations and unique modifications to audit reports. Quality Assurance: Ensure the audit documents are of superior quality, standardized, and error-free.Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent proactive customer service skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organization.

Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

Ability to work both in a team setting and independently.

Able to handle confidential information meticulously.

Adaptability and ability to manage ambiguity and change.

Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.

Motivated self-starter with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
