The purpose of this position is to transform behavioral and mental health care within CCHMC and the Cincinnati community to ensure patients and their families receive the right level of care at the right time. CCHMC\'s behavioral and mental health care ecosystem ranges from integrated behavioral health in primary care and schools, a large outpatient footprint, acute mental and behavioral health crisis care, an established partial hospitalization program, and an existing 100+ bed inpatient psychiatric hospital that is newly redesigned.
Investments will be made to allow the Leader to realize the following goals:
Develop strategic, innovative models of care across the entire CCHMC mental and behavioral health systems
Build systems of behavioral and mental health care in collaboration with the Cincinnati Community that ensures all care providers are trained and deliver evidence-based care.
Reduce the need for inpatient psychiatric bed utilization by increasing access to behavioral and mental health early in the development of psychological/psychiatric disorders.
Develop efficient and effective processes to optimize inpatient psychiatric bed utilization through a combination of prevention, diversion, evidence based inpatient care, and appropriate discharge planning and execution.
Sustain an impactful portfolio of externally funded research in behavioral and mental health including innovative research in anxiety, depression, and mood disorders on both the patient and population level.
Advocate holistically to government and other officials on behalf of patients and CCHMC to advance the infrastructure necessary to optimize the behavioral and mental health of children and adolescents.
Assure equity in all aspects of Institute activities.

Worldpay serves large and fast-growing companies targeting internet-led multinationals with complex payment needs supported by vertical expertise in their eCommerce business. Their solutions also provide local in-store, online and mobile payment acceptance solutions for merchants, from large corporates to small and medium-sized enterprises and micro merchants with a focus on integrated payments.
About the Role
Worldpay separated from FIS on Jan. 31, 2024 and is currently owned 55% by private equity firm GTCR and 45% by FIS. The Tax team has been growing to support Worldpay on a stand-alone basis, which is driving the need for this Tax Director opening. The Tax Director will provide subject matter expertise in all taxes, namely direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and payment industry specific operational tax advice for certain Worldpay business P&L\'s totaling $2.5B in revenue. Focus on tax advisory and partnering directly with commercial leaders, product specialists and expansion teams in supporting commercial activities.
What\'s expected
Integrate into the P&L\'s by building working relationships with key leaders.
Gain a thorough understanding of the business to allow for proactive, timely, and valuable insights given to business leaders as it relates to tax.
Be the point person for the business for all tax items related to the business.
Play an active role in helping the P&L\'s achieve their goals.
Liaise with other members of the WP tax team to ensure tax items related to the P&L\'s are addressed timely and accurately.
Lead tax initiatives for the assigned P&L\'s.
Work with Tax leaders to develop tax strategies.
Act as a single point of contact representing the Tax department on cross-functional meetings such as Strategic Expansions, Project Reviews, and Compliance and Legal review meetings, to provide review and give recommendations across all tax technical subject areas.
Focus on process improvements, by way of shaping tax review on cross-department initiatives, e.g., various product launches, R&D credit reviews, etc.
Regularly interact with senior stakeholders to provide tax updates and presentations on tax initiatives.
Maintain current knowledge of tax laws, including updates and changes, especially on matters that impact the payment industry.
Review and provide tax inputs on business proposals and negotiate tax clauses within legal agreements with a view to protecting against tax inefficiencies.
Manage and maintain a high-performance standard within the Finance organization, leading by example to others.
