Define Approaches and Strategies for Test management inclusive of the use to best practices, Automation, and AI.

Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies and Testing Scope through the use of quality processes and methodologies.

Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Responsible and provide guidance for test execution

Responsible and report testing risks and issues

Provide overall testing status

Manage Overall Test Execution

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs

Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing a testing team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model (preferably in an Agile or Hybrid model)

Minimum of 7 years’ experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (ie: SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.)

Minimum of 7 years’ working with clients/projects in Test Management, Planning, and Execution

Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role or position

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
