Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.Work You'll Do You will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders to expand our business lens to the overall Smart Factory market needs , defining software solutions which can be brought to market within the Smart Factory ecosystem. You will drive the development of Deloitte IP and research while capturing supporting data to inform everything from overall strategy to detailed product requirements. You will work with key stakeholders, maintain high-level interactions with them, evaluate capabilities needed and any specific business requirements to inform asset development. Your experience in decomposing complex problems into logical components that accurately capture the needs of users and depict the ideal solution will be utilized.

Help build and develop Deloitte's Smart Factory Hybrid Service offering from the ground up

Analyze emerging technology trends, develop technology outlooks, synthesize implications and recommend actions relevant to areas under study

Obtain competitive offerings and create competitive views for socialization

Develop quantitative models for market sizing, business cases, and scenario analysis

Lead development of people-based services, capabilities, methods and frameworks, delivery models and staffing strategies, monetization strategies and development

Integrate closely with product managers and development teams to shape the features and capability of the assets

Sponsor development of Deloitte IP, business/functional requirements and integration with offering services and capability including talent group leadership

Work directly with sales leaders on planning and execution of revenue plans for managed services

Key outcomes of this role include:

Deloitte IP that is clearly differentiated in the market

Suite of value-add-services enabled by software assets that generate benefits for our clients and software and service-based revenue for Deloitte

Strategy playbooks and roadmaps of future service development

Qualifications

Required:

6+ years manufacturing, consulting, or software development experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience with Smart Factory concepts and/or implementations and agile practices

Experience in high-growth business models/constructs and sales enablement

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel up to 20%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Experience in the management consulting and technology industries

Experience with key commercialization constructs, including collection of voice-of-the-customer data, development of marketing strategies, and deal structuring

Storyboarding

Experience working in business strategy and project management

Collaborative partner across all levels within internal and external organizations and comfortable with senior leadership

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively manage teams to achieve defined goals, including the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
