The Social Worker (MSW) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that quality, patient centered Social Work services are being provided to patients on a daily basis. Ensure adequate staff coverage is available to provide comprehensive services to patients and their families; support to the multidisciplinary health care team; and intervene with problem resolution on complex cases. Identify and address internal and external barriers that prevent and/or interfere with interventions and treatment plans.
