We are currently looking for professionals for our Managed Extended Detection & Response aka “MxDR” practice with extensive experience in the following:Job Description for Sr. Principal Program ManagerWe want a leader who is passionate about helping our global teams execute smoothly, efficiently, and in an aligned direction. You will own the velocity of strategic initiatives, create implementation plans, and drive them across Agile software engineering teams and their partner organizations (Product Owner, Product Management, and Security Operations). You are both capable of leading and mentoring other program managers, as well as driven to unblock teams and drive organizational collaboration on large initiatives. You will bring a depth of functional (project management) and a proven track record of shipping fantastic software products in an agile environment. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

7+ years of technical program management experience

Ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership and non-technical team members and partners

Preferred Qualifications:BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical knowledge

Experience with security compliance programs such as ISO, PCI, SOC 1 & 2, is strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail orientation and experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability interact with internal and external stakeholders at executive level

Experience in understanding test metrics, release process and developing them

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Professional Skill Requirements: Uncommon ability and motivation to tackle problems and learn fast

Ability to perform at a high level within a technical team

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and relationship skills

Distributed teamwork
