Assistant General Manager:
Taglio in Over the Rhine is looking to hire an Assistant General Manager. Taglio is a fast-paced, high- volume bar and pizzeria with dine in, take-out and in-house delivery. This is a full-time position requiring a combination of shifts on weekdays and weekends. Restaurant Management experience is necessary, and pizza experience is preferred.
General Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for all team members
- Maintaining consistent beverage pars, production schedules for all prep items and ensuring the front of house is stocked with all necessary items for service.
- Hiring, onboarding and training front of house (FOH) staff members
- Maintaining a well-trained, hard-working and reliable staff
- Managing food, beverage and labor costs
- Assisting in Bi-weekly payroll
- Weekly & Monthly Inventory of all FOH products
- Overseeing all FOH orders and purchases made for Taglio OTR
- Maintaining facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Maintain Taglio standards in food, beverage and service
- Upholding the Taglio Culture as a team with other members of Taglio Management
