Spoon and Cellar is looking to add on an Assistant Manager to its team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position will also collaborate with the General Manager to ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, hiring, termination and retention of team members, staff training and education, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned. You must have current restaurant experience and have had no more the 3 jobs in the last 5 years.
