Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team. If you are someone who loves a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn, this job is for you. At Razzo, we work in a tip pool, meaning everyone does everything, from serving customers to maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. We strategically hire high-energy individuals to keep our team small and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Mix and serve drinks accurately and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience.
Be proactive and responsive to the needs of guests and team members.
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High energy and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Previous bartending experience is required.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in an Italian restaurant is a plus.
