Martys is an upscale, trendy wine and beer bar and bistro as well as a retail shop with a fun and friendly atmosphere. We are a small, locally owned business, focusing on high quality customer service.
We are currently seeking a person with a great positive attitude and a strong knowledge of and a passion for craft beer. This person must understand beer styles and be willing to keep up with the trends and changes in the industry. The ideal person will work directly with sales reps and develop a strong relationship with them so as to continue building our craft beer business, as well as to keep up with seasonal and limited/new releases on a continuous basis.
This is a front of house position; therefore retail/service industry experience is required. Customer service
is primo. People skills are essential. Proficiency in serving and bartending including some knowledge of POS and draft systems are necessary. Familiarity with wine is a plus.
Computer and social media skills are a must. Communication and creative writing skills are helpful.
Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
