Corporate Caterers is looking for part-time Prep cooks to help our culinary team.
Flexible hours and NO evenings or weekends required
Duties include:
⢠Help our Chefs with daily hot and cold catering menus ordered for breakfast and lunch.
⢠Ability to follow recipes and specification.
⢠Knife handling skills is a must: chopping, dicing and slicing.
⢠Demonstrates food safety knowledge: proper food storage, holding, and handling
⢠Prepping side dishes, sauces, meats, vegetables, and sandwich making.
⢠Ability to operate deep fryer, grill and meat slicer.
⢠General cleaning and dish-washing duties.
⢠Works well in fast-paced environment
⢠Communicates clearly and effectively
⢠Maintains a clean and organized work space
⢠Team player
