Corporate Caterers is looking for part-time Prep cooks to help our culinary team.
Flexible hours and NO evenings or weekends required
â¢ Help our Chefs with daily hot and cold catering menus ordered for breakfast and lunch.
â¢ Ability to follow recipes and specification.
â¢ Knife handling skills is a must: chopping, dicing and slicing.
â¢ Demonstrates food safety knowledge: proper food storage, holding, and handling
â¢ Prepping side dishes, sauces, meats, vegetables, and sandwich making.
â¢ Ability to operate deep fryer, grill and meat slicer.
â¢ General cleaning and dish-washing duties.
â¢ Works well in fast-paced environment
â¢ Communicates clearly and effectively
â¢ Maintains a clean and organized work space
