Job Overview:
We are seeking two skilled and passionate Cooks to join our team. One position is part time, one is full time.
We're looking for someone experienced with flat grill, sauté station, fryers, sandwiches and salads. Position is for some days and some nights. Duties include prep work, cooking orders, building plates, dishes and cleanup. Some detail cleaning required on down time.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
