Position: Assistant Innkeeper
Location: Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast, Burlington, KY
Employment: Part-time (flexible schedule, including some weekends)
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out
Preparing and serving breakfast
Ensuring rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming
Assisting with daily housekeeping and laundry duties
Providing exceptional customer service and helping guests with local recommendations
Handling guest inquiries
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with light physical tasks such as lifting and standing
Enthusiasm for providing a high-quality, personalized guest experience
