Ando Japanese Restaurant has moved and is seeking:
Experienced and enthusiastic kitchen helpers and line cooks (preferred 2 years experience in a dine-in restaurant setting, but willing to train less seasoned kitchen help)
Applicants will receive:

Expo Responsibilities:
conduit of communication between FOH and BOH
ensures all dishes leaving kitchen meet restaurant standards
organizes and prioritizes incoming and outgoing orders in order to get the correct food to the correct place with efficiency
maintain knowledge and awareness over menu item stock during shift and communicate low or out of stock status promptly to entire team
keep it groovy
Garde Manger Responsibilities:
prepares and maintains stock within cold-side coolers
garnishes all dishes leaving kitchen appropriately and neatly
ensures cleanliness of cold-side station
plates and garnishes dessert orders
assists in dessert preparation and garnish design
