Riverside Marina Bar and Grill is looking for an experienced cook.
Work On the River
This job requires nights and weekends, with occasional day shifts.

Looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable line cooks with experience
Health Depart Serve Safe certification a plus
Responsibilities:
Food service certification is a plus
-Ability to set up determined station for the shift.
-Ability to work as a team member in a fast pace kitchen
-A great sense of integrity along with controlled sense of urgency.
-Ability to breakdown the kitchen and maintain cleanliness.
-Knowledge pertaining culinary skills such as: cooking terms, cooking procedures, proper knife cuts, and basic knowledge of a professional kitchen and your surroundings.
-Ability to work days.
Kitchen positions require standing for long periods of time and have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
