Hello out there! We are on the hunt for a full time lead for our Factory 52 location. This position requires both kitchen and customer service experience, and the ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have good time management, and be self directed. Executing recipes, preparing menu items, working with various types of kitchen equipment, and interacting with customers are all in the scope of this position. Must have integrity and be hospitality focused.
MELT is a made from scratch kitchen, with a heavy lean toward vegetarian and gluten free options. We source local, organic and sustainable ingredients, and take a lot of pride in the food we prepare.
