Taglio in Over-The-Rhine is looking to hire a General Manager. Taglio is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and pizzeria with dine in, take-out and in-house delivery. This is a full-time position requiring a combination of shifts on weekdays and weekends. Restaurant Management experience and pizza experience, specifically, is preferred.
General Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for all team members
- Maintain Taglio standards in food, beverage and service
- Hiring, Training and Maintaining a full staff at all times
- Scheduling staff appropriately
- Managing Food, Beverage, and Labor Costs
- Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Inventory
- Overseeing all orders and purchases made for Taglio OTR
- Maintaining Taglio standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Active and Supportive Management of Taglio OTR Management Team
