The leading franchised lab testing company in the United States is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant /Phlebotomist to assist the General Manager at the Northern Cincinnati location. This position will require a flexible schedule and the flexibility to work Saturday rotating shifts to assist in managing this Northern Cincinnati lab location.
Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws, drug screening & physical exams on business and walk-in customers
Complete testing requisitions and deliver results by fax or email when completed
Assist customers with choosing a test that meets their medical needs
Enter and complete customer payment procedures into QuickBooks accounting system
Manage and order medical and administrative supplies as needed
Troubleshoot customer requests
Keep the lab clean and sanitary
Provide Excellent customer service
Requirements:
MA & Phlebotomist certification
Minimum 1 year of Phlebotomy & MA experience
Detailed administrative skills required
PC knowledge including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsible, strong work ethic, communicates well under pressure
Must be able to work independently
Maintain friendly, professional demeanor at all times
Reliable transportation
Flexibility to work Saturdays
