Gift of Life Care LLC is seeking for a person who can organized and oversee the daily administrative functions for our office. Ensuring a smooth operation and making sure we are in compliance. A person who is able to maintain patients records and coordinating staff schedules. It requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Somebody who has experience working in home health care or a developmental disabilities (DODD) setting. A person who also have a good communication skills.
Qualifications:
A person who is a leadership skills, pay attention to detail also have the ability to multiple tasks effectively.
A person who have experience working with develpmental disabilities individuals. (DODD)
Education: high school diploma or higher level.
Have a valid driver license
Have CPR and first aid certificate/ BCI / 8 hrs provider training.
Has experience in computer skills
Have experience in administrative work/ Microsoft office
Have experience in communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, staff, and providers.
Benefits:
8 hours per day
Pay $20-$25 per hour.
40 hrs per week
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the company is up to date with compliance.
Complete orientation for new employees.
organize and oversee regular in service training sessions for employees.
coordinate schedule and appointment for all employees and clients.
Manage clients records and keeping them confidential and secure.
Oversee the daily administrative functions for our office and ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
