Blue Pine Psych Services is expanding and needs quality mental health therapists to join the dynamic team! (LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT)
BPPS is a group practice located in downtown Old Milford in a beautiful historic building right on the river. BPPS has openings for both part-time and full-time therapists looking for a supportive and positive work environment. In-person and Telehealth appointments are available. Employees will be W2 and are paid on a split-fee model with quarterly bonuses. The office is open Monday-Saturday.
Full-time therapists can expect to make between $56,400-$70,500 salary.
Responsibilities
-Provide empathetic therapy to clients
-Schedule follow-up appointments
-Collaborate with PCPs, psychiatrists, school administrators, and other caregivers
-Maintain documentation (we use Therapynotes)
-Create and maintain treatment plans
-Diagnose mental health disorders found in DSM-5
-Write release plans and discharge summaries
-Be a participant in team meetings
-Maintain professional license
Blue Pine Psych Services will provide the following:
