Circle Tail, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing independence and enriching lives through the support of highly skilled dogs, is seeking dependable, energetic individuals for the role of Canine Care Specialist I. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a physically active environment, enjoys working with animals, and is looking for a meaningful and rewarding job.
As a Canine Care Specialist I, you’ll be responsible for the daily care and well-being of the dogs at our facility. This includes feeding, cleaning, enrichment activities, and helping ensure a positive, healthy environment for the dogs to grow and succeed.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must live near Milford, Goshen, Loveland, Morrow, Maineville, or Blanchester
Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and work on your feet
Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
Positions are Part-Time or Full-Time, 20–40 hours/week, and minimum of 2 weekends/month. Weekend differential available after 1 month, and PTO after 3 months of satisfactory full-time employment.
Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM) or Afternoon Shift (2:00 or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
