This patient is a highly intelligent and very professional 70 year old senior who values his independence and privacy. He is a kind, gentle and independent adult with normal intelligence. He uses an electric wheelchair. He has difficulty in the mornings getting up and moving. His pain and spasticity makes it very difficult for him to diaper, feed, and dress himself. He's on a special diet and medication to help with his pain, spasticity and hormonal deficits.
Care & Services Needed:. Caregivers must be willing to assist with dog care, frequent diaper changes, catheterization, dressing, bathing, food preparation, feeding, housekeeping, laundry, and monitoring his functional level.
