Independent adult male adult \with significant disabilities including cerebral palsy a d spina bifida needs assistance in the mornings. Experiences serious spasms, drooling and has no bladder or bowel sensation or control. Does not have ability to stand or walk and uses an electric wheelchair and a trained service dog. Needs help with diaper changes, feeding, dressing, bathing, housekeeping, and laundry. Can transfer independently with limited assistance. Caregiver must be non-smoker and dog friendly. Assistance needed 2-3 days a week. Pays $15-$30 per hour depending on experience, background and interview.
