We’re Hiring: Carpenter Helper/Laborer Position

Position Details:
Title: Carpenter Helper/Laborer
Pay: $15–$20/hour (depending on experience)
Type: 1099 Contract Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Location: Cincinnati and surrounding counties, including Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont Counties
Start Date: 12-01-2024
What We’re Looking For:
This position is ideal for someone eager to learn basic to advanced framing and trim carpentry skills, as well as basic electrical skills. Think of it as an apprenticeship with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
Opportunities for Advancement:
With dedication and growth, you could advance to a Crew Leader position, earning an average of $100,000 annually.
Advancement typically happens within 1–2 years, depending on your experience, knowledge, and ability to learn our system.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Basic carpentry tools (tool belt, hammer, tape measure, square, chalk line, utility knife, set of drills, level, circular saw). Additional tools are a bonus!
Ability to:
Set up and maintain job sites.
Use manual digging tools.
Comfortably work on ladders.
Carry lumber and materials.
Perform basic math for measurements and cuts.
Keep the job site clean and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry or construction (intermediate skill level a plus).
Having a truck is a bonus and may earn you extra cash.
Expectations:
Be on time, every time.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
No smoking, alcohol, or drugs on the job.
Present yourself in a way that makes our customers feel comfortable with you working in and around their homes.
