Growing Local Cleaning Company Seeking Experienced Cleaners
Part-time cleaning positions available for residential and commercial cleaning (up to 35 hrs per week).
Work areas:
residential homes, commercial offices, bars & restaurants.
Job description:
Cleaning interior areas such as kitchen, bath, dining, bedrooms, windows, offices, breakrooms, some elevators, medical facilities & more.
Duties for cleaners include:
emptying trash
cleaning restrooms
cleaning kitchens
sweeping and mopping
high, medium, and low dusting
spotting glass/mirrors
resupplying paper products
vacuuming
maintaining equipment
Equipment skills:
Use of cleaning tools required such as cloths, spray bottles, vacuums, sanitizers, window squeegees, and more. Some jobs require use of pressure Washer.
Additional equipment coming such as Restroom cleaning machines
Shift schedules are set by the jobs demand which vary m Monday-Saturday, PT hrs vary. Min required availability for 15 hrs but employees can get hours up to 35 hrs per week.
Must be dependable and detail oriented, with a great work ethic. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to do a background check (some offenses may not exclude employment but limit assignments and shift availability due to exclusive contracts).
Pay: $11/hr + tips 1st 90 days of work and on the job training. $12/hr + tips after 90 days. Plus commission on referrals.
