The yard has not been mowed or tended to in a year or more. There are fallen tree brances as well that need to be hauled away. The total area that needs cleaning and hauling is about a quarter of an acre. It is in Wilmington. You need your own truck and tools. This is job would be best for 2 people or more. $30/hour per person plus any dump fees you may be charged.
If this works out, there will be other work in the future, helping to clear out clutter from a house
