Job Description:
As a General Laborer, you'll assist with a variety of concrete construction tasks including site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role requiring the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setup and cleanup of job sites
Load/unload materials and equipment
Help with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Previous construction or concrete experience preferred but not required
Willingness to work full-time with overtime as needed
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
