The Grounds Crew at Maketewah Country Club is looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing championship-level playing conditions to our Members and guests on a daily basis. To do this, we need a strong group with a team-based concept.
What We Are Looking For:
- A strong work ethic with a "1% better everyday" mindset.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Reliability and commitment to excellence.
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Daily course setup including mowing greens, tees, and fairways
- Bunker maintenance and detail work
- Landscaping and horticulture maintenance
- Assisting with projects to improve course conditions and aesthetics
- Maintaining and operating turf equipment safely and efficiently
- Learn/utilize various trade skills including drainage installation, irrigation repair, tree removal, snow removal and much more
