We are looking for an Installation Team Leader to provide an "Ideal Garage Solution" for our floor coating and cabinetry/storage portfolio. We work throughout Cincinnati & NKY so your personal residence is flexible. All work is installed and there is upward mobility and leadership potential for the correct candidate once established. Candidates with a carpentry background, military and/or floor installation experience will stand out. You will be leading the installation of floor coatings and cabinetry in the Tri-State area with the majority of installations in the Cincinnati area. A positive attitude and strong teamwork will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will lead a 2 - 3 person crew with larger jobs requiring multiple crews for completion.
Responsibilities
Pick up the trailer and day's product, meet the Installation Team Members at the jobsite and lead the installation project and ensure quality work completed to the work order. Legal driver's license is required.
Engage customers upon arrival, departure and as needed/requested during the installation.
Practice a "Safety First" mentality so that all team members and customers return home safely.
Skills
Proven work experience within flooring installation or carpentry is a plus but not required.
Drivers license.
Basic math skills.
Track record of high attendance and a desire to learn and grow.
Professional communication skills for limited engagement with customers during the installations.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
High school degree or equivalent
