We are seeking a reliable and experienced Onsite Maintenance Manager to join our team at our self-storage facility in Wilmington, Ohio. As the Onsite Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the upkeep of our property.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing doors, locks, lighting fixtures, and gates.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance issues and address them promptly.
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
Keep the property clean and well-maintained, including snow removal during winter months.
Assist with security measures to ensure the safety of the facility and its contents.
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
