Position: Experienced Tech/ Handyman/ Maintenace Tech
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Qualifications:
- Looking for true professionals.
- Must be reliable and responsive to dispatchers.
- Must be able to use the company's application.
- Must have your own truck and tools.
- Willingness to travel within a 30–50-mile radius of Cincinnati, OH.
- General "make-ready" and handyman experience is necessary.
- Maintenace on occupied and non-occupied residential homes.
- Ability to price and quote jobs.
- Ability to upload before and after pictures on our company app.
- Specialty tradesmen are also encouraged to apply.
- Lead technician and crew management experience are a plus.
- Maintenance experience is a plus in apartments we encourage to apply.
- Property management experience is a plus.
