We are looking for people that are success oriented self starters. No overnight travel, work out of our Cincinnati based office. Mandatory Requirements for the right candidate:
Previously held leadership roles i.e., campus, community or sports
Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience (This job requires NO sales)
Strong communication and multitasking skills including being familiar with Microsoft programs
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Possesses excellent listening skills,empathy and a high level of customer service orientation
Ability to effectively,concisely and professionally present information and respond to questions from customers, internal personnel and the general public
Computer literacy and proficiency in desktop applications such as MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at the same time with exceptional organizational skills
Must operate with a high level of integrity and business ethics
Maintains current knowledge and understanding of industry rules, practices and trends
Must be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections
Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
