Position Summary: An Eliâs BBQ Brand Ambassador generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases sales through cold case curating, sampling events and promotion.
Cold Case Curating:
⢠Responsible for labeling and stocking products per planogram.
⢠Sifts through cold cases removing out of date products.
⢠Places product orders for cases per reporting through app.
⢠Works with Category Manager to adjust planograms as needed.
Sample Event Set-up & Breakdown:
⢠Responsible for an organized and clean sampling set-up and breakdown.
⢠Engage customers with sampling to promote product, cases, and brand.
⢠Engage customers and capture catering opportunities.
⢠Effective communication with supervisor before and after shift is mandatory.
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
⢠Strong interpersonal skills
⢠Professional and presentable
⢠Self-motivated personality, able to work independently
⢠Experience in event marketing/demonstrations/sales/brand promotions/retail
⢠Daily access to a smart phone & computer with internet access.
⢠Ability to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing manner with management, clients, and consumers.
