Skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for machining low volume / low quantity parts. Must be able to program and make parts start to finish at the machine; conversational / G Code. Must be able to read prints, understand and hold tolerance. Expert use of calipers, micrometers, thread wires, etc. Looking for an organized, self-motivated individual with hustle, wanting and willing to learn and improve! Good variety of work available to match skill level.

Requirements to apply:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience as CNC machinist doing all your own programming, or vast experience on manual lathe but willing to learn CNC. If you’re a good manual machinist, we could train the right candidate for CNC.
-Able to communicate with technical staff and engineers.
-Most parts will involve thread chasing: under 1” up to 12”. Mostly Metric but some “Inch” threads, both OD and ID.
-Position to include part inspection and documentation.
-Some manual (2nd op) mill work. CNC mill experience a plus.
-Trade school grads are welcome to apply.
Strong plus if experience with:
-Toolmex lathe with Siemens SINUMERIK controls.
-Proto-Trak CNC lathe.
-Inspection with documentation.
Compensation: Very competitive rate (based on experience).
Profit sharing, full benefits, 6am – 2:30pm shift.
Employment type: Full time. Would consider part time (CNC or manual lathe) as well.
