Essential Functions:
⢠Set up and operate CNC Machines.
⢠Operates 2nd operations machines (Lathes, stamping machines, etc.)
⢠Checks and records quality
⢠Monitors displays on running machine to detect malfunctions.
⢠Read and interpret Blueprints and related technical data to determine requirements, set up procedures, control settings and machining method sequences.
⢠Mounts, aligns, and secures tooling, attachments, and work piece on Machine.
⢠Minor repairs as needed.
⢠Documentation of job and quality checks.
Requirements:
⢠Ability to read blueprints and use various measuring tools.
⢠Detail oriented.
⢠Good Vision.
⢠Ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, push, and pull.
⢠Lifting and carrying of up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
