Denham Services located in Fairfield Ohio Is looking for an industrial maintenance technician. We have an automated wash line used to wash bulk plastic containers. The machine uses electric motors and chain conveyors alongside high-pressure pumps run by industrial electric motors. Some basic pneumatics are also used during the process of stacking bins. The maintenance technician will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and repairs of the components. The job is Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Skills
Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
In-depth knowledge of system maintenance
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Familiarity with safety standards and regulation
Experience working with 3 phase 480 volts
Experience working with VFDs and electric motors/gearboxes.
Ability to MIG weld preferred
