Benchmark Management is accepting resumes for the position of Community Manager at La Luz Apartments, our 94 unit apartment community in Lebanon.
The Community Manager is responsible for all activities to ensure their property is operating in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing to residents.
Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience with an affordable apartment community, strong multifamily knowledge of Section 8 and the ability to manage all aspects of a busy family property
