CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR POSITION- FULL TIME
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will work with the Director of Construction and Construction team members to provide construction administration services to support our projects. The person in this position will possess a desire for growth, the ability to build/maintain relationships, long-term thinking and a growing familiarity with the construction industry and its processes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare AIA Documents, Contracts & Change Orders
Prepare Contractor Affidavit’s
Document and Maintain Weekly Construction Meeting Minutes
Project Administration tracking of Subcontractor Paperwork such as COI’s, W-9’s
Tracking and organizing of expenses, purchase orders, and submittals using Quickbooks
Organize/Direct mail and invoicing to necessary Construction team members
Assist in various Construction Documentation
Promote and maintain long term relationships with clients, design team and subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Commissioned Ohio Notary within 90 days of hire
Knowledge of construction processes/industry/delivery methods
Familiarity with Quickbooks Software
Skilled in technology and have ability to master multiple software systems
Completion of ProCore certification within 30 days of hire
