We specialize in three key markets within the cleaning industry. These organizations fully encompass the cleaning, floor care, and cleaning supply industries. More specifically, we provide ongoing and intensive commercial cleaning services for commercial properties. In addition to this, we provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing services, and other restorative floor care services. To fully encompass our offerings, we also sell anything and everything to clean and maintain commercial facilities.We are currently looking to hire an outgoing, friendly, and reliable Executive Assistant for our family-owned businesses in West Chester, Ohio. This role offers unlimited opportunities for career advancement and works/reports directly to our President / CEO.QUALIFICATIONS:Must pass a background check and must have a valid Driver's License.Must be dependable and have a friendly personality.Must have some sales and/or customer service experience - we can teach ‘you’ our industry.Must be able to work with technology such as CRMs and mobile apps.Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.Must be outgoing and like to cultivate relationships.Must have the ability to learn quickly, adapt as well as prioritize tasks.Must have an overall ambition to succeed.Bonus: Prior experience managing others.Bonus: Prior experience working in an assistant/office management-type role.Bonus: Have a mechanical/technical knowledge base.Bonus: Inventory management experienceBonus: Prior experience acting as a purchaser for an organizationBonus: Prior experience in facility managementBonus: Experience solving complex, multifaceted problems in a fair, responsible, reasonable, and comprehensive manner.BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist our CEO with a wide variety of roles and tasks. This includes assisting in key operational processes, performing research, working on customer support projects and systems (starting with research all the way through implementation), problem-solving, audit and document creation, data entry, and focused reporting assistance.Help oversee repair shop functions, team members and projects.Perform client visits in the field to include doing follow ups, audits, upselling, and relationship building.Help manage inventory and produce supportive reporting.Answer phones and greet visitors as needed.Help facilitate/create vendor and manufacturer partner orders and track all relevant support data.Help oversee facility and facility repairs.Assist in follow-up calls and emails to prospective/existing clients.Help coordinate and facilitate the growth and success of the organizations.Assist with inbound and outbound customer requests and client visits.Oversee all order fulfillment processes, tickets, reporting etcWork in a team environment, assisting in all areas of the operation as needed.Provide a professional presentation of our companies.Make follow-up calls and send emails and text messages to prospective & existing clients.Help facilitate the overall growth and success of One Clean Family.If you are interested in this position, please apply for immediate consideration.
