Envision Commercial Cleaning is a family-owned and operated business in West Chester, Ohio. We are actively seeking a dedicated Field Service Operations Manager. This new team member should be a hands-on team player, ready to engage in all aspects of our operations. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to make a tangible impact in managing and participating actively in our operations.What You Will Do:Manage and Supervise cleaning specialists and floor care technicians.Oversee and manage client relationships.Supervise our in the field services to ensure work is completed in a timely and correct manner.Perform hands-on cleaning and floor care tasksat various commercial facilities.Train and motivate team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with our high standards and efficient cleaning practices.Fill staffing/service gapsto ensure the success of cleaning service relationships.Complete floor care projectswith other lead/senior floor care team members.Address and resolve client service issuespromptly.Physically perform all cleaning and floor care rolesin accordance with company policies and standards.Maintain cleanliness of equipmentand ensure it functions properly.Responsible for keys, combinations, equipment, and asset control.Secure the buildingwhen work is complete.Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationshipswith customers and other team members.Meet with clientsto identify, address, and resolve issues or shortcomings.Who We Are Looking For:Proven experience managaging and supervising others.
